Function and Features:
HLW 43 series of multi-rollers leveling machine is special equipment used to level metal plates and strips. It can be used to level cold uneven plates. It can be also used separately or as a part of various rolling production lines, decoil, level and cut-to-length production lines or steel plate pre-treatment production lines.
The machine adopts split frame, the lower line of rollers are fixed on the bottom machine seat while the upper line of rollers are fixed on moveable cross beam. The moveable cross beam can do vertical movement and tilts to some degree, to suit leveling for plates of various thicknesses. There are support rollers to upper and lower line of rollers, to ensure leveling precision.
Upper and lower line of rollers are all drive rollers and adopts Integrated multi-drive form planetary reducer. The whole machine is of compact structure.
Electric control adopts PLC programmable controller and adjustment value is displayed on touch screen, which also have functions such as work parameters setting, intelligent fault diagnosis, etc. The machine is of high precision, big capacity, low noise, small land occupation, convenient usage and maintenance. It is an ideal plate precise leveling machine that can be used in metallurgy, shipbuilding, thermal power, nuclear power, wind power, boiler, petroleum, chemical, bridges, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
